C.O.D. TERMS: All new customers will be C.O.D. on a minimum of three shipments. If a credit application is completed and submitted, it will be reviewed and credit may be established after three shipments have been shipped and paid for in full.

CREDIT TERMS: For established customers, payment is expected within 30 days from the date of shipment. A 2% monthly compounded service charge will be added to balances over 30 days.

**Payment terms begin on the date the stone leaves our quarry (shipping point), via the customers designated trucker.

**On unpaid balances of 45 days or more, the account will be put on hold until all unpaid balances are paid in full.

**On accounts that reach 60 days from the date of shipment, the customers account with Berkshire Stone, LLC will be changed to C.O.D.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All special order stone work is subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencement.

PRICING: See Price list. All prices are FOB shipping point. Prices are subject to change without notice.

MERCHANDISE: All materials delivered will be via the truckers route. Berkshire Stone, LLC is not responsible for freight delivery problems. Once the material is landed in our customer’s yard, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon delivery. If damage has occurred, it is the customer’s duty to contact us before signing for the merchandise. Stone is not returnable.

Stone is a product of the earth and will have natural variations in color and markings. We cannot guarantee the colors to be the same as the pictures. We suggest you make your selection from actual samples.
